Petition for Graduation
Graduation procedures are as follows:
Formal application for graduation must be made by the candidates prior to the semester during which they expect to complete requirements for graduation. Petition for graduation forms may be obtained at the Enrollment Services office, dean’s office or on the Records office Web page of the NDSCS Web site. The award will be sent to the graduate after the Enrollment Services office has had ample time to check the credentials of all graduates following the final grade reporting period. Students are requested to participate in graduation exercises in order to have their degrees, diplomas or certificates conferred.
