| Curriculum and Catalog Changes Process and Meeting Schedule 2007-2008 |
| It is suggested that you prepare and submit your requests as early in the schedule as possible. |
Changes needing Curriculum Committee action include:
- Course Title
- Course Credit
- Course Prefix
- Course Number
- New Courses or Programs
- Courses Dropped or Added from Curriculums and/or Catalog

| Between Sept. 24 and April 21... Curriculum Committee Action Process |
Curriculum Requests Must:
- Include catalog page or fact sheet with hand-written changes.
- Include CCN documentation verifying approval from the other NDUS Common Course Numbering discipline representatives. (Ex. e-mail or memo from discipline leader). This discussion and approval must take place for ALL requests unless you are a statewide stand-alone discipline area.
- Include a syllabus for new course requests.
- Be submitted to the Division Dean at least 10 working days prior to the Curriculum Committee meeting. (The Dean will sign-off on the request and submit it to the Academic and Student Affairs Office.)

| Changes approved by the Curriculum Committee will be presented to the Faculty Senate for their approval before being implemented. |
- New program requests will also need approval by NDSCS Management Team, Academic Affairs Council and SBHE. For New Academic Program Request format, go to Academic Affairs Council Web site and select "New Academic Program Request."

| Curriculum Committee minutes will be sent to all-campus via e-mail. |
