Jane Passa is in her 13th year as head coach of the NDSCS volleyball program. With a coaching record of 359-184, Passa has had 13 consecutive winning seasons.  Passa finished the 2011 season with a Mon-Dak Conference title,  Region XIII title and runner up finish in District O. In 2007 the Wildcats finished with a Mon-Dak Conference title, as well as District O and Region XIII titles and a birth to the NJCAA Division II National Tournament. During her tenure as head coach, the Wildcats have won the Mon-Dak Conference title in 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, and 2011. They were Region XIII champions in 2001, 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010 and 2011. Coach Passa was selected Mon-Dak Conference Coach of the Year in 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, and 2011 along with Region XIII Coach of the Year in 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, and 2011.  In 2007 she was named District O Coach of the Year, making  Passa lead the Wildcats to their first National Tournament in 2001 as NJCAA Division II National runners-up and District G and Region XIII champions. Coach Passa was selected Mon-Dak Conference Coach of the Year in 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009 and 2010 along with Region XIII Coach of the Year in 2007, 2008, and 2009, 2010 and 2011.  In 2007 she was named District O Coach of the Year, making it the second time she won a district coach of the year award, in 2001, she was named District G Coach of the Year.

The Wildcats are on pace for another successful season in 2012 with goals of competing for the Region XIII championship and another trip to the national tournament.

Coach Passa came to NDSCS after teaching and coaching at North Dakota State University, where she helped lead the Bison to runners-up in the 1998 National Division II Collegiate Women's Volleyball Tournament. She also served as an assistant coach at Minnesota State University-Moorhead for two years. Passa earned her bachelor's degree from the University of North Dakota and master's from North Dakota State University.

Along with coaching and teaching duties at NDSCS, she serves as chair of the Health, Physical Education and Recreation Department. Jane and her husband, Jayme, have two daughters.

Amy Coppin, a Wahpeton, N.D. native, will enter her third season as assistant volleyball coach at NDSCS. Coppin was a member of the Wildcat Volleyball team from 2006-2008. In that time, she was named a captain and played a vital role in the 2007 team that went to the NJCAA National Tournament. She currently ranks fifth All-Time in set assists for the Wildcats.

As an assistant coach the Wildcats have won the Mon-Dak conference, have been Region XIII Champions and District O runners-up in 2010 and 2011.

Coppin has coached Junior Olympic teams in Wahpeton and Breckenridge, M.N.
