| This partnership - formed with a local distributor, a builder and NDSCS - is the first of its kind in the nation. As a result, cutting edge Haas machines were place at NDSCS that had a manufacturing program, in what we are calling the Haas Technical Center. Haas provides NDSCS, which purchases several machines, with a limited number of state-of-the-art machines. These state-of-the-art machines, which are vertical or horizontal machining centers and lathes, are provided on a two year entrustment. Every two years, Haas works with the schools to exchange their machines for new ones. |
