human services agencies. Mental Health Care Associates work in community
based organizations, family and social service agencies, correctional
facilities, substance abuse programs, rehabilitation centers, residential
facilities, mental health services, schools, and other agencies that
deal with or support people.

and assess needs and eligibility for services in a variety of settings

confidentiality, boundaries, and dual relationships

- Demonstrate entry-level skills in written and verbal communications
and documentation
