| • Rapid strep testing |
| • Routine urinalysis |
| • Pregnancy testing |
| • HIV education and testing (oral swab test) |
| • STD education and testing (urine test) |
| • STD treatment |
| • Blood pressure monitoring |
| • Crutch/cane loaners |
| • Preparation and maintenance of medical records |
| • Immunization records sent out per request (one time only – fee for future requests) |
| • Elevator key checkout |
| • Prescreen for golf cart use for Physical Plant (medical use only) |
| • Referrals to area clinics/hospitals |
| • TB skin testing |
