Human Resources will ensure all application materials have been received. Human Resources will then review application materials to determine if minimum qualifications for the position have been met. Applications and resumes are evaluated based only on qualifications that are stated in the position announcement that can be objectively assessed. If there is any question as to whether an applicant is minimally qualified, the application is advanced to the second stage screening. All applicant materials meeting minimum qualifications will be reviewed by the search committee after the screening instruments and interview questions are developed and approved by Human Resources. For examples of screening instruments see Chapter 9, Exhibit 3 and 4. |
