The NDSCS Help Desk has been set up to allow NDSCS faculty, staff and students to send questions and report problems directly to the IT department. It also helps the IT department function more efficiently by having all calls and information arrive at a central location for distribution. Please use the Help Desk to contact the IT department whenever possible.
The Help Desk is currently available via the following methods:
Phone on campus dial 3-2523, from off campus call 671-2523 or toll free 1-800-342-4325 ext. 3-2523.
After-hours support is available through the NDUS Help Desk by calling 1-866-457-6387 before 7:45 a.m. and after 4:45 p.m. weekdays. Also, 8 a.m. through 12 p.m., weekends.
Voice and e-mail messages are checked at least once per hour.
