| Any patron who has a valid library card (see Access Services) may request materials through Interlibrary Loan. Some types of materials are generally not available. These include rare or valuable items, bulky or fragile items, some reference and reserve materials, and entire issues or volumes of periodicals. Items which the Mildred Johnson Library owns but which are circulating also are not available from Interlibrary Loan. The lending library in each case makes the decision to provide any item. They also decide the allowable loan period. Items can occasionally be renewed, but are all subject to recall by the lending library. | |
| For information or assistance with Interlibrary Loans, please contact Linda Hausauer e-mail . | |
| Forms for an Interlibrary Loan request are available in the library or click here for a form to print (pdf). For details concerning procedures, call the library at (701) 671-2618 or (701) 671-2422 and ask for Interlibrary Loan assistance. | |
| The Mildred Johnson Library can order books or photocopies of articles for patrons through the Interlibrary Loan system. | |
