Active Military, Reserves and Veterans
North Dakota State College of Science has been approved by various federal and state agencies for the purpose of educating and training students.
NDSCS offers a variety of online courses and programs to provide an educational opportunity to those who are unable placebound or timebound and unable to attend traditional classes. These courses and programs also provide an opportunity for current and former members of the military to enhance their education or seek new skills.
NDSCS places great emphasis on adequate education preparation for college classes. Currently NDSCS offers ASC 087 College Writing Prep (3 credits) and ASC 092 Beginning Algebra (2 credits) available online each semester.
Information about specific military programs which may provide educational information and financial support may be found on the web sites listed below. This list is not all-inclusive. There may be additional agencies affiliated with a particular military branch which are not listed here.
Military students are encouraged to contact their Education Liaison Officer for information pertinent to their military branch.
