| Workforce Training - Jamestown |
| Workforce Training is an issue critical to the Southeast Region and North Dakota in general. Whether it is machining, welding, software training, or business writing, North Dakota Workforce Training is equipped to meet those needs. Many businesses in Jamestown and Stutsman County have benefited from the partnership between JSDC and North Dakota State College of Science. |
| As North Dakota prepares for a labor shortage, the need to train existing employees is growing. To help provide for regional needs, ND Workforce Training has promoted Teri Gullickson to the position of Associate Director. Gullickson will retain her current training coordinator duties; but in her new role, she will also provide focussed leadership in the Jamestown area and surrounding communitites. |
| The goal of the Workforce Training System is to provide business and industry in North Dakota with the training their employees need to enhance productivity and competitiveness in a changing economy. Workforce Training offers customized/tailored training, workshops, seminars, and open enrollment classes. |
| ND Workforce Training continues to build success on previous success with the help of partnerships like the one with JSDC. |
