NDSCS doesn't just listen to businesses and industries; we partner with them.

Collaborating with exceptional companies like John Deere, Haas Manufacturing Company and Caterpillar helps us provide a precision education, one that will prepare students specifically for the world they'll be working in.

Partners also provide the most advanced technologies and equipment for use in our learning environments. In return, they have access to outstanding employees who they know are ready to hit the floor running.

NDSCS has developed three levels of partnership that businesses can participate in, all of which have different features and corresponding benefits.

Program Partner
Program Partners are the College's premier business allies in helping to meet North Dakota's and the Red River Valley's workforce needs in the coming years. Current examples of NDSCS Program Partners are: Butler Machinery, Caterpillar™ and John Deere™.

Alliance Partner
Much like Program Partners, Alliance Partners team with NDSCS to create business internships/co-ops, employee/faculty exchanges, and basic curriculum changes to meet industry needs.

Marketing Partner
A Marketing Partner works with a NDSCS program to provide a combination of in-kind tools, materials, supplies, equipment and limited financial contribution to the program area. This type of partnership will be for a 2-5 year period. It is an excellent starting point for a business relationship with NDSCS.
