| You can use any vendor but the North Dakota Office of Management and Budget Purchasing Division, and Higher Education Purchasing Officials have established contracts that are advantageous to the State of North Dakota. A specific list of mandatory contracts is jointly prepared to comply with the intent of the North Dakota Century Code 54.444-02 (Office of Management and Budget Purchasing Division). Other contracts will be used when it is advantageous to do so. |
