Employment Information Form
To receive your degree or diploma, you must apply for graduation. Click here to complete a graduation petition.
When you register for your last semester of classes at NDSCS, you should fill out a graduation petition. It is the student's responsibility to complete the form and turn it in to the Registrar's Office whether you plan to attend the graduation ceremony or not.
Caps and gowns may be purchased at the Bookstore. You MUST wear full graduation attire or you will not be permitted to participate in the ceremony.
If you plan to continue enrollment at NDSCS for the following term after graduation, you must file a Continuing Enrollment form with the Enrollment Services Office.

There will be graduation practice at the Blikre Activities Center on Monday, May 10, 2010 from 3 - 4 p.m. Those students who are unable to make it to this practice will have the opportunity to attend a mini-practice held on May 14, 2010 at 1:30 p.m., at the Blikre Activities Center. The graduation ceremony will be held on Friday, May 14, 2010 at 3 p.m., at the Blikre Activities Center.
Jolesch Photography will be taking professional pictures of the graduates as you receive your award. Students are under no obligation to purchase their graduation picture. You will also be given an opportunity to purchase more than one copy of the picture if you so choose.
Diplomas will be mailed to the students by June 15, 2010.
