| Apartment Eligibility Requirements: |
| Students must meet one of the following requirements to live in an on campus apartment: |
- Student is married (will need a copy of marriage certificate)
- Student has a child that resides with them (will need a copy of birth certificate)
- Student is older than 21 years of age
- Student has 20 or more college credits
- Student’s account is in good standing with the NDSCS Business Affairs Office
- Student has not had any drug/alcohol violations or other severe violations of college policy in the semester previous to applying. Violations will be reviewed by the Department of Residence Life.

| The College Complex, built in 1971, has 36 apartment units for single students. Each apartment accommodates three or four students. It is located on 16th Avenue North, just northeast of the Blikre Activities Center. Units are equipped with single beds, a refrigerator, a stove, kitchen table and chairs and a couch in the living room. Laundry facilities are near the apartment complex. On-site parking is available. These facilities normally are reserved for second-year students. Bedroom sizes are 10’ x 12’ and 12’ x 14’. |

| The College Complex NW and College Complex SE were built in 1981 and have 98 two-bedroom units for family living. They are located directly North of the Blikre Activities Center, off 16th Avenue North. Each apartment is equipped with a refrigerator and stove. Laundry facilities are located on each floor of the apartment complex. On-site parking is available. All units are carpeted and air-conditioned. |
