The completed application should be mailed to the Department of Residence Life along with a non-refundable $25 housing application fee. The application fee must accompany the completed application to be eligible for a housing assignment.
To apply for a campus apartment or the college complex, the completed application and a refundable $100 housing deposit must be received before an assignment can be made. Applying for an apartment and paying the $100 deposit does not guarantee placement. There may be a waiting list and assignments will depend on the circumstance of the student. The apartment deposit is not applied to rent payments but remains on file for the duration of the contract. Any charge for damages to the college property or unpaid bills will be deducted before refund.
Cancellations:
Students who are exempt from the on-campus living policy can cancel their housing assignment. The Department of Residence Life must be notified of these cancels before August 1st. A late cancellation fee of $50 will be charged to anyone who cancellations after August 1st. Students canceling housing after the first day of the start of the semester will be assessed a $150 breach of contract fee.
All housing contracts are binding for the entire college year. Meal plans cannot be changed after the end of the third week of the semester.
