| When do I get my housing assignment? |
| Housing assignments will be available in early June. Each student will receive their assignment in the form of a letter. This letter will give the student the name of the residence hall, room number and, if applicable, the name and phone number of their roommate. That way the students are able to contact their roommate before they come to campus to move in. |

| Cancellations: |
| Students who are exempt from the on-campus living policy can cancel their housing assignment. The Department of Residence Life must be notified of these cancellations before August 1st. A late cancellation fee of $50 will be charged to anyone who cancellations after August 1st. |

| When can I move in? |
| Students may move into their accommodations the Sunday before the first day of class after 10:00 a.m. Students should report directly to their assigned residence hall to check-in. Students who have apartment or college complex accommodations need to call and make arrangements with the Department of Residence Life to move in. The number to call is 1-800-342-3425 ext. 3-2224. |

| When do I pay? |
| Payments for the housing and dining plan will be made on assigned fee payment dates. These dates are usually scheduled after the first two weeks of each semester. Students who reside in an apartment or a college complex will pay rent the first of each month or they may pre-pay for the semester. Payment arrangements can be made with the Business Affairs Office. |
