| Campus living at NDSCS includes six traditional residence halls and three apartment complexes designed for both family and single student living. | |

| Campus Apartments Students must meet specific eligibility requirements to live in the campus apartments. All units have two bedroosm and are furnished with a fridge and stove. Please refer to the main Residence Life page for specific amenities and eligibility requirements. |

| On-Campus Living Policy: Students who have transferred in or completed fewer than 30 credits are REQUIRED to live on campus and purchase a qualifying dining plan (160, 225 or 300) unless the student:
A request for exemption from the on-campus living policy can be made by completing an Exemption Request form. Appropriate supporting documentation must be attached. |

| Honors Floor In acknowledgment of a student's academic success, NDSCS offers qualifying students a unique living space on the Honors Floor. Located on the third floor of Walton/Schulz Halls, students enjoy new furniture in each room, 24-hour visitation and a renovated study lounge with and HD flat-screen TV. To qualify for the Honors Floor, a student must have attained a 3.5 cumulative grade point average (GPA). In order to remain living on the floor, a student must maintain at least a 3.2 GPA. GPA will be reviewed before commencement for each semester. |
